From your first interaction with Chomps, we want you to experience what it’s like to work here: transparent, respectful, and values-driven. Every step in our process is designed to help both of us explore whether this is the right mutual fit.

45-minute phone interview with our People Team - exploring your interests, experience and what excites you about Chomps.

Step 2

MANAGER INTERVIEW

60-minute video interview with the hiring manager - focused on your experience, technical thinking, and how you'd tackle the work at Chomps.

Step 3

TEAM MEMBER INTERVIEW

30-60 minute video interview with 2–3 future teammates - we’re a collaborative bunch, so this step helps us see how working styles click.

Step 4

CASE STUDY

About 5 days before, we’ll send you a case to prep a PowerPoint. You’ll present it to a panel in an interactive discussion. Consider it a Chompian rite of passage!
